THE MUSCLES AND TENDONS

The throat and shoulders have a wonderful mechanism that play an important
role in correct sound production.

We have no control over these muscles.  Our job is to get out of the way
and make sure they are kept soft and relaxed
in proper alignement.

That is why we are removing air pressure from the upper lungs or shoulders
and placing it lower in the rib cage where we can keep it down by holding the lower ribs
spread apart.
